Introducing Bart de Jonge:
Bart A.J. de Jonge MRE BBA (1966)
From 1990 until 2012 I worked as a debt advisor / real estate financier for several Dutch and foreign banks (e.g. De Lage Landen Vastgoedlease, ING Real Estate, KBC, Eurohypo) in various commercial and managerial roles. For Deutsche Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, later Eurohypo, I set up the Dutch branch in 1998 with an office in Rotterdam.
From 2012 on, I am an independent real estate debt advisor under the name IMMO Advisory, working for investors and developers of, mainly, commercial real estate in The Netherlands. Financing comes from Dutch and international banks. Dealsize is on average EUR 10-60 mio.
In Q4, 2018, after I met an active real estate company in Rotterdam Zuid (Max Property) I started arranging financing for so called “box III” investors, primarily for Max’ client base but, also for third parties.
In April 2019, I joined Adelaer Financial Architects (www.adelaer.nl), a debt advisory / capital markets / asset management partnership with 12 partners and 9 analysts and staff. Operating from offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Bosch, Maastricht and, London, we arrange debt and equity financing, investment and divestment opportunities and assetmanagement for a wide range of Dutch and international (institutional) investors and developers. We make use of almost 100 banks, debt funds, private equity firms, family offices etc. to obtain financing. We cover a wide variety of clients and deals with average annual lending of EUR 1 bln and dealsize of EUR 1-100 mio.
